Experience the traditions of the past reflected in the present. We are located in the heart of Curve Lake Indian Reserve in the beautiful central Ontario Kawartha (Shining Waters) lakelands, only two hours north east of Toronto, Canada.
Whetung Ojibwa Centre offers a spectacular collection of Indian crafts as well as fine art, sculpture, masks, leather work, clothing, jewelry, music, and books from across Canada and right here at home. It is possible to spend literally hours browsing through these rooms.
The Centre is open year round and offers free parking, wheelchair access and picnic area. Our Summer Tea Room, open from May to Thanksgiving 9-5, serves traditional Indian food and also the more novel "pow wow" fare, the best in the area.
We look forward to meeting you in person at Whetung Ojibwa Centre! Gallery Hours: 9am to 5pm 7 days a week
Whetung Ojibwa Centre is located 160 kilometres northeast of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is easily accessible from east or west via Highways 401 or 7. From Peterborough, take Water Street North to Buckhorn Road to Curve Lake Road. From Buckhorn Lake, dock on Coppaway Point, only a few minutes walk from the Gallery.
Visit the special events page on the Whetung website.

Moondance is Peterborough's oldest music store (celebrated our 30 year anniversary in 2004) owned and operated by music lovers for music lovers of all stripes.
In store you'll find an eclectic selection of music, contemporary and classic rock as well as jazz, world, folk, country, bluegrass, reggae and classical - thousands of individual titles. In our bins you will discover deep selections for several important artists.
The number of blues CDs in stock, as well as the large selection of progressive rock imports we carry, is impressive. In addition, Moondance is the source for music related t-shirts, posters and magazines. Pick up the latest edition of Mojo.
We have relationships with distributors across North America and around the world giving us access to several hundred thousand CDs for special orders.
Much of our time and effort is devoted to helping customers locate rare, obscure and imported CDs. We are happy to do the research for you, order it and then call you when it's in. Our staff are both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about music and love to share this passion with you.
The CD playing on the stereo is always on display so if you like what you hear, it's easy to pick up. From the latest release to the "must have" collection or obscure import, whatever music you are looking for, it will either be in the store or we'll know where to get it.

In 1987, Anne and Dave started Titles as a childrens speciality book store with all the spectacular art work and creativity that those books offer.
In recent years, an extensive collection of adult literature has been added. The passion, the creativity and the love of language is still a major focus for our store, be it adult books, childrens books or presentation books. We are proud of our "local" section promoting the wealth of talented authors and artists in this area.
Beyond books, we have a unique offering of greeting cards, local post cards, calendars, puzzles and logic games and a broad selection of teachers resource materials.
Titles Bookstore is located next to Cinema 379 & snack bar. Drop in, buy a book and enjoy a good read over a drink and a snack.
