Peterborough’s Ecology Park is a unique place for people of all ages to discover a lasting friendship with the natural world. It is a centre for researching new ways of caring for the places where we live, work, and play, based on restoring balance and long-term health.

There is much to discover at the Ecology Park. You can learn how trees grow, how to keep an attractive yard using little water, how to stretch your grocery budget by growing your own vegetables, and much more. Join in the fun at our special events, or make a unique craft at one of our workshops. Or, you can just go for a stroll, relax and enjoy the beauty of the gardens and the fresh air.

Transition Town Peterborough (TTP) is an all volunteer, non-profit organization focused on reducing our community-wide dependence on fossil fuels while increasing local resilience and self-sufficiency in food, water, energy and other vital aspects of life. Much of our time and effort is devoted to helping customers locate rare, obscure and imported CDs. We are happy to do the research for you, order it and then call you when it's in. Our staff are both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about music and love to share this passion with you.

The CD playing on the stereo is always on display so if you like what you hear, it's easy to pick up. From the latest release to the "must have" collection or obscure import, whatever music you are looking for, it will either be in the store or we'll know where to get it.
