LAKEFIELD SKATING OVAL On-going Winter Events January 28 the Oval is hosting Polar Cup. This is a fun, old school hockey tournament. Players battle for three games, 4 on 4 to have bragging rights to be Polar Cup Champions. There will be a beer tent and food along with lots of spills, thrills and chills! There is still room for teams to register and full rules and registration packages are available online at www.ontariospeedskatingoval.com The event is part of PolarFest activities which is a township wide celebration of winter, so there will be lots to do between games on and off site! We select films that will develop the audience's appreciation and awareness of arts and culture in contemporary media.
