Campbellford Spaulding House, Guest House & Spa opened in May 2006 refurbished and renovated as a Bed & Breakfast.
A stunning example of early 19th century design, the house features bright sun drenched rooms, high ceilings and original trim throughout. The grounds back onto the Trent river and are included in the plans to upgrade the Campbellford dock of the Trent/Severn Canal system.
Further details and photos will be made available as the house is restored to its original grandeur. Several rooms are open now and available for accommodation.
Nick's Café is now open! Nick's is a funky place to meet with a charming artistic vibe, serving healthy foods (local & organic when in season), serious desserts (always fresh), paninis and wraps for example. Mighty Leaf teas and coffee. Live music on special occasions. Serving hours vary (but 11am to 4:30 pm Wednesday to Sunday is the norm). High tea served Saturdays 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm. Catering available to private groups and for special celebrations. Reservations recommended.
